The Fabric Merchant and Company was located at No. 539, Old Santa Fe Trail in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I have now relocated to Los Olivos in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley . I love my shop and I’m so fortunate that my keen eye and knowledge of fabrics allows me the freedom to be creative in business and design. In 2016, my online store launched and I’m excited to be selling a variety of products including linen aprons, napkins . Included in my business I carry hand made products by Santa Fe and California artists...Porcelain Pottery Jewelry Clothing and Eco Dyed Fabrics

A little more about me: I have nearly 30 years of experience in the textile business. In the 1980s, I owned two fabric stores in California and in 1993, moved to Toronto, Canada where I created and operated a production company where I specialized in designing and producing soft home furnishings. From 2002 to 2008, I was based in Mexico City and imported linen and silk while continuing to build my design business. I have traveled extensively and have attended many trade shows, both as an exhibitor and a buyer. I love textiles… I can easily spend hours at the Decoration & Design Building in New York City or the flea markets in Paris. My most wonderful experiences was attending Premiere Vision in Paris. It was true Art of Color and Texture an inspiration for my soul .
